Hi guys it's me Freya and today we are going to do gymnastics Freestyle. I will be doing flexibility moves and it is like Contortion. Remember, you need to warm up so don't do this if you don't have a bendy back. Lets begin! First: Bridge.
Second: Elbow stand, you kneel up 1 foot in front of the other go on to your elbows and keep steady. Third: Chest stand, go on your knees and roll on to your tummy and bring you feet together. Forth: Chest roll, Do the same thing but bring your feet to the floor and roll up on to your feet. Firth: Back bend to bridge, Do a back bend stay in it for 5 seconds and then kick over. Sixth: Handstand Mexican arch, do a handstand and bend your back then come down. Seventh: Handstand head touch,do a handstand and touch your head. Eighth: Over splits, do splits on something over the floor. Ninth: Splits, put one leg in-front and slide as far as you can.
Tenth: Splat go into star position and slide down. OK some of these are normal gymnastics moves and some of them are harder than others so if you keep on trying and you will get it. And remember be safe if you don't do it always Practice.
