My make up leotard!

Hi guys its me Freya and today I will be making my own leotard. I will try my best to make the cut out like a leotard.
This is my leotard it is not neat because I had to draw it on the computer, But it is colorful so I like it.
I went on MS - Paint and drew it with the big yellow paint brush.
Remember if you believe it you can do it!

Gymnastics freestyle :)

Hi guys it's me Freya and today we are going to do gymnastics Freestyle. I will be doing flexibility moves and it is like Contortion. Remember, you need to warm up so don't do this if you don't have a bendy back. Lets begin!

First: Bridge.





Second: Elbow stand, you kneel up 1 foot in front of the other go on to your elbows and keep steady.

Third: Chest stand, go on your knees and roll on to your tummy and bring you feet together.

Forth: Chest roll, Do the same thing but bring your feet to the floor and roll up on to your feet.

Firth: Back bend to bridge, Do a back bend stay in it for 5 seconds and then kick over.

Sixth: Handstand Mexican arch, do a handstand and bend your back then come down.

Seventh: Handstand head touch,do a handstand and touch your head.

Eighth: Over splits, do splits on something over the floor.

Ninth: Splits, put one leg in-front and slide as far as you can.






 Tenth: Splat go into star position and slide down.

OK some of these are normal gymnastics moves and some of them

are harder than others so if you keep on trying and you will get it.

And remember be safe if you don't do it always Practice.

How to do an arabesque!

This is a simple gymnastic move and super easy to learn.
So lets get started!!!

First, start with the leg you want to do it with in front.

Next, you start with your arms straight above your ears. You have to focus your eyes on something you can see.

Bend the leg in front of you and lean and lift the leg behind you. At the same time, bring your arms down at the same level at your feet.

Then when you are in the arabesque just show off. Smile! Look happy with your work!

When you come down you bring your leg down, and your arms should be beside your ears. Your legs should be together.

And that is how to do an arabesque. Good luck and if you dont get it the first time just keep trying and you will get it.

Fashion: Hot or Not?


Hi, I'm going to tell you what you should and shouldn't wear to gymnastics, so lets get started.

You really should wear something you can strech in, like:

Leggings, shorts (not Demin) or a Leotard.

You should put your hair up, or it will get in your way.

On your feet you should wear socks or bare foot (I wear socks because you get down in you splits.)

If you have a lot of stuff you should take a gym bag.

In my gym bag I have Chalk, HandGaulds Spear Clips and a water bottle. My bag is a blue spotty bag with a Green handle.

Here's Freya

My name is Freya and I do gymnastics. I and not a pro at it but I still try as hard a I possibly can.
I love gymnastics and my moves that I am working on are:

Bar: Squat on jump to the high bar;

Beam: Handstand;

Vault: Handspring off;

Floor: Learning level five moves.

I have passed my level 4 and on my level 5 and as I said I am not a pro at gymnastics but it is still my favourite sport. If you are reading this thank you for taking time to read this I try my best in everything but this is something I have a strong passion for.

So keep on beanding you back, pointing your toes and keeping your head straight on track.
